Faith-filled foundations for the next generation.

Help children discover the good news of Jesus while building habits of Scripture, prayer, and kindness at home.

A first visit with children

Families can start by contacting the church before Sunday to ask about current arrangements, age groups, and where to go on arrival. Children’s activities, staffing, and check-in procedures should be confirmed directly with church leadership.

Family lesson: Jesus welcomes children

Read Mark 10:13–16 together. Ask: What did the disciples do? How did Jesus respond? What does this show us about His care? Invite children to draw a picture of a welcoming church and describe one way to help someone feel included.

Try this at home

Read a short Bible passage together, let each person share one thing they noticed, and pray for one person by name. Keep the conversation simple and make room for children’s questions.

Ways families could participate

Suggested opportunities include family Scripture reading, helping prepare a fellowship meal, writing encouragement cards, and serving together in age-appropriate ways. Discuss these ideas with leadership and ask about current opportunities.

Questions before you visit

Is there a nursery or a separate children’s class?

Contact the church for current availability and age ranges. Please confirm nursery and children’s program availability before your visit.

How do I volunteer?

Ask leadership about current needs, screening, training, and the church’s child-protection requirements before serving.
